Jesus has been found worthy of greater honor than Moses, just as the builder of a house has greater honor than the house itself. Hebrews 3:3.

This week many people in music commemorated the life of the Queen of Rock and Roll. Speeches, accolades, heartfelt tributes of a troubled life that ended like a fairy tale. She said her life was finally “Happy.” Oh, did people treasure this entertainer, simply the Best! Man, so easily honor each other but many times fail to honor where honor is due.

Completion, confidence, wealth is what man need to feel accomplished. And if we fail to reach this level of greatness we experience depression, worthlessness, hopelessness. Could it be that our focus is a little off?

Tell me, where in the Bible does it state that Jesus needed and thrived on the applause, and love of the in the crowd? Where does it state that seeing HIM dance will awe the people in the crowd to make them feel good? Where does it state in the Bible that Jesus was the Great Entertainer of all Times?

Jesus was worthy to be honored but didn’t seek to be honored. No title could elevate Him higher; no song and dance would be fitting to gather the p people to hear His message. He came to save us and not Himself. And because of this He is sitting on the right hand of God he Father. He Is the Son of God. Simply the Best.

Dear God, thankyou for you Son, Jesus. People will soon understand that His selfless act was a true act of Love. And that you sought to give us, your children, the best. Amen.
