I have been around for a little bit of time. I have lived pass my mid sixties. During my lifetime I have learned to intentionally have a good day. I usually focus on the good part of my day and not the bad. And when bad things happen I try to learn from it. Most of the time I appreciate a good lesson that teaches me something. This gives me experience. Experience is one of the best teachers we can have. This way I’m not telling you what I think, I’m telling you what I know. The lesson can be literal or I t can also be spiritual. When you fall down you learn that you do not have to lay there forever.You can get right back up. When the devil get you down in your spirit you do not have to stay in your sadness. You can shake the devil off and reclaim your joy.Trials do come to make us stronger and gives us a testimony to tell how we overcame our battle. GOD is our protector and he will always deliver us from the storms of life. All we need is to have faith that GOD will bring us through. Psalms 30:5 is our written guarantee that: Weeping may endure for a night,But joy comes in the morning.

God you are my shield, my protector and where ever I go my prayer is that you are there. For I know that you care for me and you will deliver me in my time of need. Amen.
